Very unhappy with the prescription experience with Dutch. Have a cat with a potential UTI and I can't get any help finding a local pet pharmacy plus they charge $5 just to "transfer" the script like that's not something that's done all the time. The only alternative is to pay them DOUBLE what the actual prescription cost to rush ship and it still wouldn't get here for 3 days. My advice, if you love your pet, use a local vet. Dutch just collects money and leaves you to figure out the rest. UPDATE: They were "kind" enough to refund the transfer fee because even though I called the pharmacy to confirm they had it in stock, Dutch says they called too and they didn't have it. I called again and talked to the Pharmacist (it's a small town and she remembered talking to me earlier) and she said they did NOT call her. They also say they're going to refund me 40% of my yearly cost and keep harping on the money part. I really don't care about that part, what I haven't heard is how they will make this better for my pet. Repeated emails with the same template and same platitudes about how "I'm a pet parent too". To add insult to injury, I'm not getting an absolute ton of spam email from Dutch and their partners. I've now spent a total of 6 hours trying to get this all straightened out. What an absolute beating. If you're reading this Dutch, please hear me...I do not care about the cost. We're talking about the health of people's pets, you need to fix your processes and give your customer service agents a lesson on empathy instead of just reading from the script. I literally got the same copy/paste email TWICE. Same wording. How insulting.

We want you to know her medication is out for delivery today and should reach you shortly. You were also right about the experience itself, the pharmacy confusion, the repeated template emails, the hours you lost, and we're sharing this specific experience with our team so we can do better on empathy and process, not just the refund. For the future, we do offer a price match on medications from other US-based pharmacies, though we hear you clearly that this was never about the money. If there's anything else your cat needs, please reach back out and refer to this review, and we'll personally make sure you're taken care of. We hope she's feeling better soon.

Well worth the service! I felt terrible seeing the stress and trauma my dog exhibited when going to the vet in person. Her body physically shaking and whinning, trying to escape. I am so glad this option is available. My dog was calm and resting during the visit. It was easy examining her through the camera video meeting. My dogs situation is more of an infection rather than something very serious that needs in person care. For non-urgent scenarios, I would perfer the telehealth doctor visit. Highly recommend.

Soulages de savoir que Dutch est a porte de main pour les imprevus qui peuvent arriver en tant que pet parents. En quelques clics, nous avons acces a des veterinaires competents qui peuvent nous assister efficacement et prescrire les medicaments necessaires. Pas de perte de temps dans les traffics, dans les salles d'attente, a arranger nos journees autour d'un rendez-vous veterinaire, sans parler des couts exhorbitants parfois charges lors des rendez vous veterinaires traditionels.

Great Doctor Dr Almomany and rapid response dealing with dogs emergency paw inflection and antibiotic needed. Could not have found anyone local to help this fast here in Los Angeles
