Dutch was a wonderful help to me and my dog Layla, who had an ear infection. Layla refused to go into the Vet’s office. She is too heavy and too strong for me to lift so having a virtual visit was such a relief. I took pictures of her ears and showed Layla on camera to the Vet and that was all that was needed to get her prescription. The Vet was very nice and easy to communicate with and the price is very reasonable. The convenience, and in our case necessity, of the virtual visit was optimal. I highly recommended Dutch to other pet owners.

Doctors are knowledgeable and thorough. Very easy to make an appointment and get answers quickly. Nice to not have to pay an office visit for quick questions or issues/advice and can schedule around my time. High recommend.

I just signed up for Dutch for my kitten with prolonged sneezing (possible URI), and it wasn't until I signed up for the susbcription that I could try and book an appointment. When it got to the appointment availability page, everything in March AND April are greyed out and unavailable. Customer support made it seem like they haven't opened April availability yet, but saying this service is available 24/7 is a joke. Hope it gets better...
