To be fair, if I reviewed Design Pickle a year ago I would have given it 5 stars. My first designer was great, never had typos, never was sloppy, always communicated well and was very friendly. We built a great relationship, and after long time working together, she got promoted. Good for her. But it was a disaster for me. the next few designers they assigned to me, were not good at all. The creativity was bad, there were so many typos in the work that it cost my business time and money, tons of issues communicating, not very friendly and bad dialogue, overall level of effort was minimal, and the amount of time it took to make the same things was much longer. They still haven't found me a designer that was on par with my original designer and now are raising rates, and evening going as far to ask me to pay more to get a "pro" account. I would not recommend paying for a full year because you could get stuck with a bad designer and no way out. I go month to month, and I give them one more shot before canceling and finding another service.

Hi Andy. Thank you for bringing your feedback to our attention about Ermaine’s promotion. As a business owner I know you can appreciate our desire to promote within the company, develop staff internally, and provide our employees opportunities for professional development and salary increases. Indeed, this is an exciting promotion for Ermaine! That being said, we are also very aware of how jarring it can be to lose a valuable member of your team that you've dialed into your brand. This is never easy for either party and I wanted to personally apologize for how this feels for your team right now. We always want to make sure that the transition is as smooth as possible for your team. To help with that transition, have implemented a more effective plan for clients to ensure the quality and relationship you had with Ermaine is matched. This includes assigning a new created quality assurance specialist to your account. This extra step will help reduce typos and sloppy work, and overall get you back to the level of quality you were experiencing before. Again, thank you for bringing your feelings to us. We value all feedback as it helps us strive to be the best online subscription based graphic design company in the world. If there is anything you need changed right now, please don’t hesitate to ask.

I have been working with Design Pickle for over 3 years now. Once I understood what services they can exactly provide and how to communicate best with them, we were well on our way. I have had numerous designers over time and they are open to discussion on compatability. And if there are any specific requests, there is always a supervisor readily available to pickle-chat which I greatly appreciate. Their team appears to be very loyal to their brand and understanding of their customers. The value of DP over other graphic services cannot be compared. Way to go, DP!

I would give Antionio 5 stars for graphic design. But accuracy of making requested text revisions is rated as fair, even when copying and pasting. Sometimes takes multiple requests to accurately revise. Turnaround time can be slow due to the number of revisions needed, so is rated fair to good. Therefore we find it necessary to build in additional time to accommodate the revisions. These are the reasons for an overall satisfactory rating.

Hi Debra, your feedback is much appreciated. I've had a member of the CS team reach out to you to resolve this issue. I really appreciate your patience with this process and I look forward to many more designs between you and Antonio!
