Bait and switch operation. Was assured they had qualified and proficient vehicle wrap designers while not one vehicle wrap they have sent us actually fit as their design shows.

Hi Ben, We're so sorry this was your experience. It sounds like there was some miscommunication around scope along the way, and that's on us. We're sorry for the frustration this caused.

I used this at my company when we didn't have a graphic designer and before AI services took off. Design Pickle really helped us out when we were in a bind and gave us designs better than we could create on our own. The turnaround time was quick but sometimes there'd be a lot of back and forth to the point where I just accepted the best that they could offer. There was a bit of a language barrier and we went through a few different account managers (one was great, the others not so much). Once AI providers became available though, this was no longer our best option.

Hi Mark, Thank you for the honest review. Really glad we could step in when you needed a designer most, and that the work held up. There are a lot of great AI tools out there now, but our focus is connecting you to real designers who work on your account every day and actually get to know your brand. Back and forth can happen with creative iteration, but we try to help mitigate this with clearer requests and a review from our success team (here at [email protected]). Would love to have you back sometime and help make your experience a 5/5. Thank you again!

Horrible experience. Horrible onboarding. Terrible design work. A different designer on all of the work for the same product with design inefficiencies. You have to email in slack. Terrible response time. They don’t do copy. Go to go flocksy they have the same design team, copy etc. and better ratings. Also they locked me out of my files: one project was not made accessible to me. I sent them countless emails. This was a horrible experience. They also gave no record or accountability of hours spent on projects. I am with Flcoksy now so much better. Easier platform. A coordinator that responds. Followed directions and a clear record of your hours at all times. Design Pickle was the absolute worst!

I've been extremely pleased with the services I've received from Design Pickle. Their platform is easy to use and their people have been great to work with. Their team can do work that would take our small team weeks to complete. Sometimes it can be difficult to convey a design concept to the team but that's true of any design work and it's usually pretty easy to fix.

Hi Katrina! Thank you so much for sharing this. Helping small teams punch above their weight is exactly what we're here for, and it's great to hear the platform and the people have made that easy. We appreciate you being candid about the brief communication side too. It's a real part of the process and we're always working to make that smoother. Looking forward to continuing to support your team.

Hours do not roll over, and the amount of time required for projects is highly inefficient. The hours are DAILY, not truly weekly hours, so if you go one day without a request, you’re paying for hours you don’t get to use because they do NOT roll over. The designs I have received thus far have been lackluster. My designs made using Canva have been superior and taken less time. I’m waiting for more requests to be completed. I’ll report back on my experience.

Hi Callie, thank you for the feedback. We want to clarify how our model works, since we understand it can feel counterintuitive at first. Design Pickle plans are built around daily designer time, not a pooled credit bank. When you subscribe, you're reserving a portion of your design team's day, every business day. That structure is what allows us to offer consistent turnaround and a team that learns your brand over time. It does work differently than a rollover credit system, and we recognize that is not the right fit for everyone. On the design quality, we'd love the opportunity to dig into that with you. Our customer success team is available at [email protected] and can help make sure your requests and preferences are set up for the best possible results.

We tried working with Design Pickle and unfortunately had a very poor experience. A single 45-second revision took 3 days and required multiple rounds of corrections. The initial thumbnail they delivered even had my eyes closed. When we asked them to follow our branding guidelines, the “fix” was literally adding a green box to the thumbnail. What made this worse is that this was a sample project they offered to demonstrate the quality of their service. Based on the delays, lack of attention to detail, and the overall buggy software experience, we decided it wasn’t a good fit and politely let them know we wouldn’t be moving forward. The next business day, we received an email saying we hadn’t paid for the sample they had originally offered for free, and that they owned the rights to it and we needed to remove it immediately. We complied right away, but honestly, it felt unnecessarily petty and unprofessional. Between the pricing, the workflow issues, and the overall experience, this was one of the worst vendor experiences we’ve had, and I would not recommend working with them.
