The turn-a-round time is insanely quick which is wonderful. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that sometimes I am hit with delays as my sizing instructions are not followed 100%

It's a great tool for those looking for very specific materials. The tools and submission format provided are easy to work with and you can still develop a relationship with a designer who becomes familiar with your style, direction, and preferences. No more haggling with graphic artists or fighting to have your vision fulfilled. And no more settling for average work just to meet a deadline. Turnaround time is very good and special requests are met with a virtual smile.

The price was too expensive for me, but sometimes, a high price is indicative of a good service. That's not what I got out of design pickle. Slow turnaround times, revisions even on simple things that should have been easy to do, difficult communication. Maybe I just got a dud designer, but whatever. I managed to get my friend to design for me and she's done a better job.

Hey Romber, We're sorry to hear about your experience. Whenever we get feedback like this, our team gets moving, trying to figure out what happened and how we can improve. Turnaround times, revisions, and communication are all things we work hard on improving, but are not always perfect. We have a system in place to help pair our clients up with designers if it's not a perfect fit. Did you reach out to our Customer Success team? Often, an email to them can take care of many problems. I sent you a private note about sending us your email address as we can't identify you with your username alone. I would love to dive deeper into this issue with you, please reach out to [email protected] Thanks!

I wasn't sure what to expect but this has been amazing. When things are not right, the Design Pickle designer take the feedback and gets the picture right.

The designers have a difficult time following through with my specifications. I've already discussed with them many times, but revision had to be done every time. It feels like I'm working with people who are not used to their jobs yet. They don't feel professional. As of now, I can't trust Design Pickle, but I wish you guys would improve because your services are quite promising. For now though, I'm staying away because I can't afford to be delayed any further.

Hey Chris, Would love to chat on the phone to get more information from you. I've looked up a few different iterations of your name in your system but I can't find you. Can you please email [email protected]? I'd love to resolve this! Thanks!

When I started with them a year ago- work was successful and they completed jobs in 24hrs. Correctly. Now, three or four revisions on almost every job and they still don’t meet basic concepts like bleed for print. And seems like they pace it so cannot get more than 2 things done. No professional work out them in months.

We're sorry to hear that you have not been having an ideal experience with us. We would love to discuss this further with you, however, we are unable to identify you in our system in order to reach out. We would love to discuss your concerns ASAP. Please reach out to [email protected] please! Issues such as your designer missing bleed for print is definitely something that should not be happening, as well as any mistakes that cause extended periods of revision. We know that design is not a perfect process and that revisions may be needed, but we definitely want to avoid any unnecessary revisions. In terms of turn-around time, there is no formula for this unfortunately. The nature of the request definitely affects how long a project takes. Again, we would love to discuss this with you further to see what we can do for you. I look forward to hearing back from you.

Diminishing quality of designs after the first 3-5 days. The quality gets worse, and so will the number of designs you receive (I now receive 2 crappy basic designs a day that I could make in Microsoft Paint). Customer support will reach out when you go to cancel, and don't care at all - in fact instead they will try to upsell you to the Pro plan which costs way more than their already absurd pricing. EDIT: Design Pickle has reported my review attempting to get it removed claiming that I'm not a valid user. Classic.

Hey Chris, Thanks for the feedback regarding your experience. Unfortunately, we aren't able get into the specifics of your experience as your email address isn't listed with your review. Please contact our CS team [email protected] so we can dig deeper into the situation. We are very proud of the quality work our designers provide our clients and I'm disappointed to hear that you weren't happy with the designs. That's something we definitely want to know about. Designer feedback and contacting our Customer Success team are two great ways to communicate how we are doing. Design isn't a perfect process, but our designers are great at making adjustments with feedback. Chris, thanks again for your review and please reach out to us so we can dig deeper.

I have only had an amazing experience with Design Pickle. They really have solved all of my "pickles" with their graphic design. Clients are amazed at how quickly and at a great quality my graphics are now. They have helped change the face of my company and will continue to do so. They are super responsive whenever I email or message them. Thank you!
