I went in for a loan and she made me a checking and savings account that I had to pay for. She told me it would help with my chances of getting approved and then I didn't get an answer. She wouldn't sign me up for a loan or even attempt she signed me up for $1000 overdraft allowance! I NEEDED A LOAN AND SHE DID EVERYTHING BUT WHAT I ASKED FOR. NOW I HAVE AN ACCOUNT I WILL NEVER USE! Worst bank ever, they DON'T care what you want, they WILL take your money though! Wish I could rate 0 stars!

We're really sorry to hear about your experience—it’s clear we didn’t meet your expectations, and that’s not the kind of service we aim to provide. When applying for a loan, opening a checking or savings account is sometimes recommended to strengthen the overall application, but it should never replace your original request or be done without clear explanation and consent. You deserve transparent communication and support that aligns with your financial goals. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like the opportunity to look into what happened and make things right. If you’re open to it, please contact us directly at 602-433-7000 so we can better assist you. Your trust matters to us.
