Purchased a pair of the Diego style sunglasses. The original had to be replaced because the rubber came off. The replacement had the same issue with 2 months of having them. Tried to get it replaced but they didn't have them in stock. Glad I spent so much money on these to have them not even last longer than a $30 pair of ironmans.

Very disappointed in the process and results for My costa glasses. Literally putting my 1 year old glasses on my face and the frame breaks. Have the receipt, followed instructions, added photos etc, everything needed for the claim. Their results are these expensive glasses are not covered. Very Very disappointed!

So we switched to Costa a few years ago, and had an amazing experience until this one pair where the glass kept cracking in the SAME spot. Filed a claim, they said the pair we had was out of stock - in which it was NOT. Then they offered to fix them after I filed another claim, sent them in and they lost them - Took about 3 months to get someone to even remotely come out and tell me they were lost. Fast forward few months later and the SAME spot cracked in the glasses and they only want to cover half of the cost, as we also had to purchase an extra warranty AGAIN. We won’t be buying another pair of these glasses! We switch to a different brand with a way better warranty and customer service! When someone spends $300 on sunglasses you need to have your stuff together!

Cheap frames…padding and nose piece will fall off. They have a good glass lenses but I just tossed them because all the rubber came apart….nose piece fell off on the boat. They will not last…save your money. Going to Oakley.
