All my employees on charters rely on great glasses for fishing in the East Cape of the Baja Peninsula Sur as the great fishing tournaments in Cabo San Lucas. Great product and a fantastic guarantee. Great repair and replacement program. Great fishing also done here in Florida thanks to a clear 580G. Love the new PRO MODELS.

Costa is a company with awesome products and a great customer service team. After accidentally breaking my favorite pair they made it right even when the shortcoming didn’t happen in their end. Thank you Costa from a lifetime customer

Customer service was awesome, and going through the online store and performing the transaction was very easy. Once received item, it was as always great materials, stunning product as expected. Overall great, definitely will keep on recommending Costa.

Being a long time wearer of Costa I never batted an eye buying new ones. Let’s just say I dropped them once, the lens gouged(though it’s supposed glass lenses) and tore away the mirror reflection coating. Bought less than 30 days ago and IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I EVER BUY Costa Del Mar. Customer service is a joke and these reviews saying otherwise are false. Their products are Chinese made junk now. 10 👎

Products are not shipped with return labels. It then is a cumbersome process to submit a return, you need to fill our a form and find product numbers when this chould at worst just be a link to prefilled out info. Lastly, you have to wait 1-2 business days to even get your return label - it doesnt come instantly. This is a return process stuck in the dark ages and is causing me to think twice about ordering from here again.
