Hey I would like to talk to you guys I’ve paid 2 payments for my car warranty but I received a mail saying I didn’t activate it. Please give me a call at 970-518-3806 I’ve already tried to call your guys number but it says it’s closed at this hour.

From the beginning when I bought the warranty I've been lied to. The lady I talked to to me the warranty was the same one that had recently ended. She gave me a phone number to call if I needed help. The number was to her direct. Later on I had car trouble July 3rd 2022. I call the number it was the wrong number. I had my car towed to my home costing me two hundred dollars, which I was not reimbursed. After that had it towed to the dealership. After weeks waiting on someone to call which they never did the dealership called me to see if autoprotect had called me. I said no. They informed me that autoprotect informed them two days before and told the claim was declined and they would call me. Like I said they never did. I call them several times to ask how he came to the discussion. After several times trying they block4 my phone number. So here I am over five months with no answer. On August 18th I cancelled my membership. Now its been over 4 months and n. refund yet. I have been lied to over and over sence July 3rd.
