Company keeps sending me post cards for a vehicle I have never owned. I asked them to stop and was told I did own this car and I was a LIAR. Then Marcus said give me your credit card info so we can get done with this business, since he was tired of talking to me. I called him an A#$hole and hung up. This company is a scam.

They preyed on my elderly mother 2 weeks after my father died, called her and signed her up--$168 the first month, $133 every month after--to "protect" a brand new Toyota Rav 4 that was only 6 months old. A SCAM. When I called to get it cancelled (I have power of attorney), the rep told me they couldn't send me proof that I'd canceled the contract. Refused to provide a confirmation number, refused to send me an email. Had to cancel the credit card to stop them.

I didn't have to deal with a long winded auto recording when I called Marques was the first person I heard, ready to answer all of my questions. Even provided additional information so I can contact him specifically if any follow-up questions arise. Not enough companies provide this level of peace-of-mind anymore. I greatly appreciate it.
