A "system glitch" offered a discount that your company did not honor. In the interest of good customer service, you should have given the discount. I made a much smaller order than I had planned to and ordered products from a different company instead of Auraline. My orders are small, so I know it probably doesn't make a difference to your bottom line, but this is something that will consistently make Auraline my last choice when I need to expand/sample.
Response from Auraline Beauty· Jun 2, 2023
Hi Tracey. We are so sorry for what happened with the discount. We always care that our customers feel understood and appreciated, no matter the size of the order. We appreciate every order you have placed, and always will. I'll send you a direct email right now with a proposed solution!
