I had a meeting set up and the person didn’t hop on the call or send me a message. I reached out twice after that and still no respond. I did get my sample pack in timely order, but I wanted to speak with someone.

Asked if product were to be on sale and said no. Then it went on sale after I ordered after response. Then, got a wonderful surprise and got all the pricing support possible very quickly, thank you!!!

With few exceptions, Auraline offers high quality products that give good results. The only products I found ineffective were the volumizing shampoo and conditioner. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. Great value overall.
