This company provides chat support software for BetUK and Leo Vegas. Chat wait times for their customers routinely exceed 2 hours. Customers also suffer random cut-off issues due to indeterminate periods of inactivity and have to login to chat again at the end of the 2 hour+ queue. If you're seeking a good customer service option do not choose Zendesk.

There must be dead people with better communication skills than this lot. Raised a query with them on 26 Feb. No response, other than an auto generated enquiry number, so sent a reminder on 8 March. Again, no response, so sent another reminder on 14 March. Yet again, no response. Is there anyone there????

Terrible support desk. Never ever use this chat service. The support people really do not care and do not help. The robot chat service is a nightmare. Disgusting!!!! Bah

My company and I are having terrible problems with getting Zendesk to respond to us and to get the numerous mistakes they've made on our account corrected. Does anyone know where I can obtain inside contact information I can get in touch with to escalate our problems? I've tried their customer service department numerous times and they are a waste. Thank you in advance.

Horrible customer service. Took 6 months to get a proper reply to our request. Beware, it seems that they never return money in any situation.

Horrible customer support. So much automated, that you give up to ask your question. Probably a very good email support system, but too complicated if your daily job is not installing these systems. Their manuals also do not do the job, to make you understand it easily. So not for small companies.
