My website had a strange problem that I could not fix. I engaged WPForms support and they not only found the problem (turned out to be a bug), but they gave me a work-around while they worked on a patch. The patch came just a couple of hours later. Awesome experience and I am grateful the damage was minimized.

I use wpforms on several sites. Once you get the hang of it is is super simple to use and does a great job. They seem to constantly be improving it too. The support team is amazing as well. They bend over backwards to help guide you through issues that happen every so often.

WPForms is the easiest and easiest form to integrate into a website. When I contact support, they get back to me within 24 hours on business days. 95% of the time get the response I am looking for from the support team. Additionally, they keep adding new features to their product without creating issues with the current product.
