WPFormsReviews of wpforms.com

Great product and customer service!

The plugin is very capable, and support is timely and efficient. Overall, it's a great solution. My only grip is that it's a bit expensive. There's a nice discount for the first year though.

The answers to my questions came quick and concise, which is important when trying to get things finished during the day!

Customer service is exceptional, I was able to receive proper guidance for my queries in a timely manner. Would recommend WPForms to any one who is looking for basic to advanced Forms submission services.
