Dear Markus Cox Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry that your experience with the exchange process felt complicated and costly — we completely understand how frustrating international logistics can be. As a growing global brand, we’re continuously working to make returns and exchanges smoother and more affordable for customers in different regions. We would also like to clarify that our customer support team reviews each case individually and aims to provide clear guidance and helpful options, not automated responses. Your comments help us improve, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Although your experience didn’t match our standards, we remain committed to transparency, better communication, and refining our international service. If you’re open to it, our team would be happy to review your case once more to see how we can assist further. Thank you again for helping us improve — customer feedback plays a vital role in how we evolve as a brand.

My name is Errol Nisbett my wife purchased a watch for me as a Christmas present from wishdoit watches round about November/December 2024, its a racing chorono GT 2.0-rose gold. It's an absolutely beautiful watch I receive compliments on it all the time, with many people thinking it's a very expensive watch, the quality and design exceeded expectations. Since buying the watch my experience with customer services has been outstanding easily second to none. In particular, Sharon from wishdoit who has been incredibly helpful, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend wishdoit watches for both their stunning timepieces and exceptional customer service and very reasonable prices. I have my eye on another stunning watch from wishdoit for my birthday.
