Watch winders arrived exactly as advertised: new and in perfect condition. Moreover, Royal Tempus stood by its price match promise, and also helped me figure out how to make the lock work, which had not been intuitive. Thank you so much, and I’ll be back in the future.

Royaltempus provided me amazing costumer service when I purchased my watch winder. I was nervous about ordering such an expensive item online but the sales rep helped me every step of the way. They answered all my questions paitently. Also it was the best price I found online. I'd recommend Royal Tempus to anyone looking for a luxury watch winder.

As a first time watch winder buyer, I was lost navigating all the technical specifications and models. The rep at Royal Tempus guided me through step-by-step to select the ideal winder based on my watch brands, frequency of wear, and winding needs. Their expertise and patience is outstanding. I'm happy with my Rapport winder. Totally recommended.
