Wild Idea Buffalo is unlike any other meat company. We began with a vision of actually improving the eco-system of the Great Plains. Our buffalo are raised on the wide open spaces of South Dakota where they eat only the native grasses beneath their feet. They spend their whole lives roaming freely on thousands of acres, and never see a feedlot or slaughterhouse. The result is better lives for the bison, the restoration of over 100,000 acres of the prairie, and sweet, delicious red meat that is actually good for you. Not such a wild idea after all!

We tried the meat loaf this time. It was great however, there should be one with not so many chilies, and add red pepper--- I love the roasts, steaks, and use the ground buffalo in many ways.

Have given some of my order to friends, so far they are well pleased with the meat. Flavorful, rich, and long lasting. My first work was with a t-bone. Cooked it longer than recommended. still juicy and wonderful. (did a broiling) Looking forward to more experimentation.

By making this choice in this product, I have improved my quality of nutrition and food intake. The flavor just explodes in your mouth. There is nothing like it. One of the best investments I have ever made. Read all the info included in your package, it's spot on on cooking instructions. Have been totally reformed when it comes to buffalo. Thank you for your fantastic product,as well as,how it is humanly raised. I just wish all the resources we need for substanece had the same cirucumstances in which they are raised for our cunsumption.

My fiancé started ordering Wild Idea Buffalo about a year ago and we have been hooked ever since! A Wild Idea gift package is our go to gift for friends and family. Everyone loves this unique gift! My latest purchase was for my fiancés birthday. He loves the book and of course all the buffalo meat! Thank you for providing one of the best and most unique gifts!

We have tried the hot dogs, amazing! And one of the "cowboy" steaks. Perfection! We can't wait for the ground buffalo...burgers! The site was easy to use and the buffalo arrived as expected. A great treat for us. Thanks!
