Took 3 to 4 attempts to get the portrait accurate. This was to have been a Christmas gift. Received product initially and it was AWFUL. Company would not refund money and take product back or even offer a percentage back due to poor quality. Instead it took weeeks that turned into months of correspondence and several redo’s. Christmas came and went and still not a satisfactory replacement until February. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and will NOT come back as a customer again.

These portraits were awesome Christmas gifts for my family and myself. I had portraits made of my 2 current fur babies, one for my sister's fur baby and a special one of the fur baby that I lost recently. They were all beautifully done.

I screwed up the spelling of one pet babe. Totally my fault! And they not only replaced it without additional expense, but also made a few other corrections. And the customer service was responsive and friendly. Very impressive!
