(Sometime in Early February): I didn't have the greatest experience with my first WellBefore order, as it never arrived, but because the order was lost by the carrier, it wasn't the vendor's fault. After I contacted WellBefore about my missing order, they apologized, explained what had happened and quickly refunded my money. They recently called, explained that their shipping process had gotten more back to normal and offered to reship my original order at no cost to me. I accepted their generous offer and intend to post a future review based on what happens. March 8th, 2022 Update: I am upgrading my original review from 3 to 5 stars. Our free re-shipment, which replaced an original lost shipment, arrived on 3/7/22. It took less than a week to arrive from the day it was shipped. The order of 10 N95 masks showed up in perfect condition. The masks are for my sister, who is immuno-compromised. She informed me that the masks fit her well, aren't too tight and feel comfortable. They also appear to be well-made and composed of quality materials. Thank you WellBefore for offering to re-ship our original lost order free of charge! Based on my most recent experience, I can highly recommend this vendor! Great customer service!

I am extremely pleased with the masks I purchased. I received them timely. I was kept updated of shipping details. Excellent customer service. Each mask is individually wrapped. It fits comfortably and provides a safe seal. It was well made and the ear straps are strong. I highly recommend both WellBefore and the masks.
