Marco answered all my questions. He explained things clearly. When I asked him a question that he couldn’t answer he put me on hold and came back to me with an answer. I have been in Customer Service as an agent and as a Manager. I feel that Marco is one of your best agents. He was friendly and courteous so it was a pleasure to deal with him.
