I never received my refund for my deposit, like I was told I would, after I never moved into the complex and canceled the service.

Luciana I looked up your history, looks like we connected you to Ambit Energy's customer service on 11/29/23 to get your pending electricity service activation cancelled out which would automatically trigger your deposit refund. We switched to Ambitt last April, that is 2023. We are extremely happy with our choice! We have saved a lot of money! Also, the concierge team was very helpful and knowledgeable . They walked us thru the process! I would recommend these guys any day!! 😊
