Naim was friendly, courteous, patient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. From the research I've done, their rates were some of the best ive found. Naim made switching over, the easiest thing I've ever done in my life. I highly recommend you give them a call.

I’m not Noreen and I have received email from these saying I have chosen them for my energy. Why? I’m uk you Texas! Hard to contact and certainly not phoning them.

Lisia, upon further review of your account I honestly think you are a part of a texas electricity fraud similar to that detailed in this link: https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdtx/pr/houston-man-admits-million-dollar-electricity-fraud-scheme Your information (specifically your email and likely much more) was used to enroll for electricity service in the name of "Noreen Vag" which is why you got this email. Please call https://ambitenergy.com/contact-ambit-energy and ask them to investigate the account associated with your email address. To get through to somebody without having to verifiy any information (which you likely don't want to give and understandably so) I would recommend going through the prompts as if you are a new customer wanting to enroll for service and then explain what you need. I will also be submitting this to Ambit's fraud department.
