Great talking to informed and helpful staff. In my case I needed some time to do my research, they never pressured me, just gave me the information that I needed, and when I came back around 2 weeks later, I knew I was getting the best plan for me.

Mr. Zambito from the Concierge Team was fantastic! He explained everything we needed to do and was very patient with us old folks! He led us through the process with caring and understanding.
