Worst experience I ever had, two and half months for delivery and then damaged table corner, second order same two month’s pass they still don’t know when delivery will be, asking for cancellation they said call credit card company to dispute this order….. I never experienced something like this.

After a year of different excuses that furniture can not be delivered I asked for refund and reply was to file a despute with my credit card company. Credit card company will not refund since order was placed outside their time limit for dispute.

Our sectional sofa looks like something straight out of a catalog. It was expected to be delivered in 4 weeks, but ended up coming 2 weeks earlier! They were very communicative at every stage of the order. There was never a point where I was confused or kept in the dark about the status of the order. Set up definitely requires 2 people, but once out of the box, it is quick to easy to clasp together and very comfortable to lounge on. Very happy with this purchase!

I wish i can give 0 stars. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with how greedy this company is. I ordered feathers sectional and a matching ottoman on June 15. The estimate delivery date was August 10, which turned into September BUT we got HALF the order in October. Not to mention that the delivery went horrible. I had mentioned that the address is on a military base but apparently I never mentioned it so I had to rent a uhaul to bring the couch home. They gave me store credit which obviously I wasn't going to use. They gave me another estimate for the ottoman which was beginning of December 2022 and its January. I'm over waiting for the ottoman so I got another for somewhere else. I asked for a refund and guess what? After multiple e-mails of trying to convince me to not cancel, today they canceled the order but they said THEY CANNOT REFUND ME BECAUSE THEY DON'T WORK WITH THE PAYMENT PROVIDER. WHAT A SCAM. I have been going back and forth with my bank for the past few hours and hopefully, I get my money back. Don't waste your time and money on this company.

Stay away from this company. They are a fraudulent company. They have me no refund after an item came damaged and now a sofa hasn’t been delivered for months and my account is deleted. I cannot find my order on their system. There is no customer service. Save your peace of mind and money.

Stay away! This might have been a decent company at one point but they will be filling bankruptcy soon. Ordered a 4k couch almost a year ago. After 6 months of hearing “ oh it should ship out any day now” I demanded my money back. They said they couldn’t refund my money and I needed to pick something in stock. I told them that was unacceptable…they finally agreed to send a check but it would take 45 days. That was several months ago. Now when I call they tell me to just dispute the charge with my credit card company. Well.. you can’t dispute a charge from a year ago. Scam company. Update: They will respond to your reviews and say they are helping but in the end they wait just long enough till you cant dispute the charge. Also what kind of company wont refund your money and just tells you they will help you dispute the charge with your bank!!!

Absolutely awful. This company lies and lies. I paid for a sectional 7 months ago and never received it. They said they would cancel the order and refund my money. It never came. Now it’s too late to dispute with the bank. So they basically stole almost 4,000 dollars from me. Edit: Valyou furniture continues to lie. Notice the response below " we sent you an email to help with the dispute process". Yes you did. The dispute process was started MONTHS ago! The bank will no longer accept the dispute. I was promised a refund. YOUR company is responsible. I have no furniture and no refund. Valyou furniture, you all are thieves!

I purchased a sofa and a media stand which were 'in stock' on August 10th after speaking with a customer service represented who promised it would arrive by August 28th. For the next several months they led me on saying they were waiting for stock then waiting for shippers and so on until late November to tell me they were unable to deliver the order. The worst part is they said they were 'unable' to provide a refund and I should file a dispute with the bank. The dispute, of course, was out of the 60 day window. So essentially Valyou kept my money and the furniture. Please do not buy from this company.
