Way overpriced
Response from Vacation Wiser· Jan 21, 2020
Thank you for your review, Lonnie. We appreciate all reviews, good and bad. We realize our prices are higher than buying from other travel agencies or direct from the vendor. We have to take into account the various costs associated with financing -- not just the cost of money, but the number of defaults, and the infrastructure needed to review financing requests or follow up on people who do not pay. We offer credit to many people who would not qualify with other vendors because we take into account their employment status. That being said, our program is not for everybody. Many people are able to obtain better terms based on a strong credit background. Our goal is to make travel fun and affordable for everybody. Jeff

Everything went perfect. I just wish I knew more about the plane I was boarding and a date for final payment.
Response from Vacation Wiser· Jan 21, 2020
Thank you for the review, Stephon. We are very happy you had a great trip. And, thank you for the suggestions. We introduced a new itinerary program at the end of November (about two weeks after we sent you your itinerary) that provides more information on different parts of the trip. This gives you more functionality to access a mobile and desktop version of your itinerary, along with the PDF version. This may helped you with the first part of your comment. We are working on improvements to our website that will give customers access to their account so they can see their current balance and number of payments left to make. In the meantime, please email us and we would be happy to give you an update. I will send that to you in a separate email. Jeff

I tried VacationWiser last year 2019, for a trip to the Dominican Republic. My Company had VacationWiser as an option under Discounts Programs. I enjoyed talking and working with the Travel Agents and followed their recommendations for best deals for my money. They facilitated a Fantastic Vacation for my family and we had it paid off through their program in no time at all.
