We work in a music venue and got some index card boxes to organize our tickets and we LOVE them. But, beyond that, our order came with a nice handwritten thank you note. Such a personal touch that nobody does anymore. Thank you for such a great experience!

An internet search for "stylish office supplies" brought me to UrbanGirl.com. I noodled around the UG website and found some items that I needed, and they were competitively priced. I thought I'd give UG a try. The order was processed, fulfilled and shipped very quickly. One item I ordered had been discontinued by the manufacturer, and UG was speedy in communicating this to me and offered up replacements/graphic images in the email to me...........it saved me time from having to revisit their website to search for the replacement items.

The first thing I ordered came from another retailer. When I unpacked it, it was broken and not very good quality. I emailed them and within 5 minutes got a response apologizing for the broken product. He also explained that he will have another shipped to him, he will look it over and not only make sure it's not broken, but good quality. And if it was not, he would let me know and refund my order. I got the new product within a couple of days and it looks much better than the previous and is not broken! They really went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed.
