my order arrived very quickly and everything was perfect. Imagine my surprise when 2 days later I received a hand written note in the mail thanking me for my order and providing me with a coupon for my next order. Now that is a great company to work with! Thank you urban girl.com!

Love this website! So eye catching, appealing and easy to navigate! A very unique approach. Great marketing strategy. But what really nailed it for me was the customer support! So friendly and they were great with follow through with my orders. I found UG googling and searching the web for unique and different items. I'm not shopping anywhere else. My new office is going to Rock Thanks to UG!!

I called UrbanGirl when I was afraid that I had been charged twice. They answered quickly and were very friendly and told me to call the following day just to ensure that everything worked out correctly. On the second day, they were even available after the specified call hours on the website. Would definitely order from UrbanGirl again.
