I absolutely love the pink Semikolon; binder I purchased! It is a very sturdy binder with a cool front locking mechanism to keep everything in your binder perfectly into place. I now want one in every color!!! The personalized note from Dyan was the cherry on top of my already beloved purchases!

I was so happy to receive my order! Not only do they carry items I've ben looking for literally for a few years and had given up hope that they existed (beautifully-designed and patterned legal pads), but the owner wrote me a note. A hand-written note. To me. About my purchase. I'm honestly choked up about that. As a lifelong letter writer, I'm absolutely floored that she took the time to write to me. I'm loyally yours now!! They also had me at the initial email that said "Yoohoo, Yay, you're here! We've been waiting." Grateful to have found UrbanGirl, Kristi Portland, OR

My daughter wanted pretty binders for school this year and the selection from UrbanGirl was exactly what she was wanting. The prices were perfect for this Mom too.

I needed a certain color of file folder in Los Angeles within 24 hours. Allen took my call and set it up with their vendor in Los Angeles, to pick up directly from them. I work in television and sometimes we need things immediately and Allen took care of that. I picked the file folders up the same day ordered, what awesome customer service. Also, I passed on the website to some other purchasing agents in my business and they thought it was a great variety of unusual office supplies and were glad I passed on the info. Thanks again for a great experience!

I ordered the Kate Spade notebook and the elephant paper clips. The order was shipped very quickly and arrived with a personalized note. Loved that. I thought for the small amount of time it takes to write a handwritten note the return you'll receive is immeasurable. I am a customer for life. Gone are the days of hand written notes. It's greatly appreciated. Love your products. I used to order from seejanework.com but you've won my business.
