To honor my goal of being extremely organized by the end of 2014 so I can kick booty in 2015; I discovered Urban Girl! What a pleasant surprise! Great selection of supplies, colors, patterns and the price is right! Far more competitive than the standard office supply stores and I appreciate the special attention to detail I get. I've received coupons, deals at Sephora and a couple lovely handwritten notes that make me smile and laugh! Thanks to Urban Girl, I have been able to finalize some big projects. I converted my very small walk-in closet into an office that is now a pleasant escape in which I can be very productive! Urban Girl is at the top of my "Get Organized" list! This will be my go to place for all office supplies. Thank you Urban Girl for making my office such a lovely and zen place to work!

I am impressed that I received my order two days after placing it. The product was just as pretty as it looked online when ordered. I think the thing that most impressed me was the handwritten personal notecard that was enclosed with the package. It was very personable and I loved it! It made me feel like a special customer. So 1 out of 10 -> 10+!!! I plan on ordering more from UrbanGirl and also have passed the name of site to friends. Thank you for your wonderful service, it was above and beyond!
