The course was thorough and packed with information. I was able to walk away with a lot of new material, templates, study guides, and practice tests. Thank you to Stephen Mercer for guiding us through a wide body of information. He was very organized, knowledgeable, and considerate to the class's questions and feedback. I would gladly take additional coursework with Stephen Mercer.

Stephen Mercer was a great instructor! He is extremely knowlegable and explains material in a digestible manner. There is a LOT of information provided in this course but I feel like I absorbed a lot of it because of his explaination and engagement with the students in the class. Very happy with the required participation level. Now its time to study and refresh all the new knowledge obtained!

Stephen is kind, takes time to explain and is very knowledgeable about PMP/LSSBB. He's also available after the session ends to answer any questions that show he believes in his student's success and is invested in our success. Walks the talk

Stephen Mercer did a great job, making sure to include additional relevant information to complement the training, keeping a comfortable pace covering the material, and being open and receptive to our questions. I feel more prepared for taking the exam now. The Upskills staff are not very clear on the what the course includes, like exams, access to e-learning, etc.
