PMP Instructor, Stephen Mercer, was a phenomenal find when I began my journey to complete and achieve my PMP certification. Mr. Mercer is caring, transformative, highly professional, and punctual. He demonstrates a great pace through the material while also listening to student questions. He created a great training plan for us learners and made the weekend course wiz by. I will be recommending Instructor Mercer and Upskills Cert to my peers.

Stephen Mercer was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in presenting the material. We were given enough time to ask questions without feeling rushed. The practice exams are a great resource.

Stephen Mercer was an amazing instructor! Took the time to explain any questions, explained the material in length. He is very Knowledgeable and provides additional resources to help!

This course was very well organized and I enjoyed it very much, especially all of the extra real life materials provided! I do feel like it would have been more beneficial to have prerequisites prior to the classes, such as reading the PMBOK guide, and having those terms already understood. During the classes I would have also enjoyed more interaction, and more real-life examples/comparisons, this would have made things more relatable.

I appreciated the course pace and the instructor, Mr. Stephen Mercer, for making the substantial amount of information covered over a four-day course easy to digest. Thank you!

Stephen Mercer was a fantastic trainer and his materials and understanding is second to none. He is obviously very knowledgable and his shared materials and insight were fantastic. I have another project manager taking this course next month and I hope she has Stephen as her class facilitator.
