I need to return items from 2 different orders. Two different orders placed on different dates, paid two high delivery costs. Because this will be 3 items, I am being told there is a 20% restocking fee. For 3 bras that is SIXTY DOLLARS. Learned my lesson to never use this company, and will share my experience widely

I have been using Shapeez silky tankee for years now. It is the BEST BRA I have ever owned. It is an amazing quality by product the does exactly what it says! It is Slimming and removes any possibility of bulges hands down. I recommend trying one for yourself.

Extremely disappointing experience. The quality is not great and the size was far from fitting even after following their size chart. They did everything they possibly can for me to return and exchange instead of a refund. After I had to pay $10 to return the item they also took the $14 shipping cost. So I ended up paying $24 for no items at all and an absolutely overpriced bra that would not fit anywhere good at all. Don’t bother with companies like that. Buy it in a store or go to Amazon where refund is a breeze. Considering the outrageous overpriced bra - it’s very disappointing to know I had to pay $24 and get nothing. I understand paying the return postage or original postage fees but not both. There are companies with way better client services out there. I hope this review helps.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I placed this order for 2 bras, paid for next day shipping, received one bra. Called about the second one, was told back ordered for at least 2 weeks. So I then wanted to just order a bra that was in stock and have that shipped to me next day LIKE I PAID FOR IN MY ORIGINAL ORDER. I was told I would have to pay shipping again. How does this make sense? I just didn’t place the order and I’m not ordering from Shapeez again even though I’ve ordered several times over the last few years.

I would give them a 0 if I could. First off, it is very hard to take the bra off if you are a big busted person. Secondly, I emailed them to issue a return ticket two weeks after I ordered it and never received a response. I work 50 hours a week and don’t really have any spare time, therefore I shop online. When I found time to call them regarding their no response, they said it was too late and I could receive a credit. If I need to be an acrobat to take off their best selling bra, I want nothing to do with any of their other products. They suggested I sell the bra on my own. REALLY?

I went in to do a bra fitting with Staci, their founder. It was a great experience. You can tell she knows what a woman wants and needs when it comes to a bra and how it's supposed to fit. Night and day difference in how I feel with my new bra. I walked in feeling meh and walked out feeling super confident about how I look. Most importantly I finally have a comfortable bra that I can wear all day without any back fat popping out!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The bra did not fit. It was so uncomfortable. I requested to return it and days later I got a phone call from someone trying to talk me into exchanging it. When I refused they said they would send me a return number. That took days to receive. And the instructions were to mail it back. At my own expense. So I returned it in a flat rate envelope. Today I got an email stating they’re sending it back because I didn’t send it in the original box. So they are paying extra money way to send me the bra I already returned to them. I would never recommend this company. I have ordered from so many companies and never been treated like this. BEWARE

This is the most-comfortable, best-fitting, torso-smoothing, minimizing bra I’ve ever worn!!! It’s worth every penny!
