super helpful the Umbrella Specialist made my buying experience seamless answering all of my questions, adjusting my delivery to accommodate my vacation time and even supporting me during assembly. Excellent service.

I contacted the representative by phone first to ask a few questions. They were friendly and answered my questions quickly.

Umbrella was OK. Cover’s zipper was broken on arrival. Left a message by email but so far no reply.
