Looked at purchasing one of their units…
Looked at purchasing one of their units for a couple years. Finally ordered one. Once it arrived, we set it up and realized it wasn't working correctly. Talked to customer support, we figured out we had a bad module more than likley due to shipping. They sent replacement part fast and had our machine up and running. Machine works great now and cleans extremely well.

Awesome machine
Awesome machine! Works great for removing smoke and soot damage from fire damaged contents! Amazing customer service our first machine arrived damaged from a fork lift during transit and the company was fast to get a replacement shipped out to us.
