Product came well packaged and was easy…
Product came well packaged and was easy to put together. The mild detergent did not really work to the standard that I thought it would, so I ordered the medium detergent which worked better. The items are clean but did not come out shiny like the product states.

Ease of purchase & I like the product. Only thing not complete from my purchase was a 1 gallon of free solution that was suppose to come with it. I did not receive it.

All in all a good experiance
All in all a good experiance, product is very good. I was directed to the website, even though I called to place & order. It's ok to allow customers the option to place the order, but, If I say I want to order an item take the order & process it. Don't tell me the website is the best way to order. Thanks
