Worst company ever to use. I had my consultation on January 13th was told they will send my prescription over to the pharmacy they use (novo pharmacy). Still haven’t got a word back for my prescription, and I’ve tried to cancel my subscription with the company, everyone is horrible at getting back to me in a timely manner. They don’t have a contact number to call and talk to someone, and they won’t cancel my membership because they state that it’s a two month membership commitment that is not visible on the site when you sign up for the membership. Not to mention the membership is 99 dollars a month and when you first sign up they make it seem like you’ll get the prescription free if you get the membership through the company, and that is not true. When I had my consultation the consultant told me the membership is separate from the prescription and you’ll have to buy the prescription separately which could cost from 200-600 for the glp-1 weight loss medicine what a joke this place is. Whatever you do, don’t do the membership, it’s not worth it. You’re better off paying for the prescription out of your own pocket, rather than going through this place.

Hi Teesha! When checking out for your medication, the membership fee you paid is shown and noted as a separate charge from the prescription cost. We also outline our two-month commitment in our Terms and Agreements, which are reviewed and agreed to during signup. If you have any additional questions about our processes or need an update on your medication, please reach out through your patient portal—we’d be happy to help!

MOST HELPFUL BILLING SUPPORT EVER! Mellie took the time to go through several months of pretty confusing billing and shipments with me. This was after I had been through multiple other reps who could not resolve my problem. We reconciled payments to shipments received and finally figured out my credit owed. Thank you, Mellie!!
Response from Shed· Jan 23, 2026
Thank you for taking the time to share this! We’re so glad Mellie was able to step in, thoroughly review everything with you and get your billing and shipment issues fully reconciled. We know how frustrating that situation can be, and we truly appreciate your patience. We’ll be sure to pass along your thanks to Mellie!
