I am fairly new to this product and Company, however, so far my experience with both is the product arrives on time so there’s no worrying about missing a dose. I recommend this product and also the service.

Terrible customer service! No phone number and the “chat” ends so you can’t use it for ongoing issues. Theft is my biggest concern. I have been charged $299 every month and have not received my medication for the last 3 months. When I reached out via chat (since there’s is no phone number” they say I have to schedule an appt with their provider before med can be filled (but yet they keep charging for medication that’s NOT filled) Every time I try to schedule and appt with a provider it states there is No availability. I have multiple screen shots for proof and hope the company gets sued for fraud or theft!!!

Hi Dawn-- We do have a phone number you can use to reach out to customer support. It is 877-879-1914. In order to receive those ship0ments you need a current prescription written by a provider. our customer support team would be happy to help you book that appointment if you reach out through your portal or give us a call. Thanks! -Manager at Shed
