Incredibly thorough and useful home…
Incredibly thorough and useful home inspection! Scheduling couldn't have been easier, and an appointment was secured for the next day?! Nick was incredibly professional and friendly. He went over his report with us after he was done in incredible detail. Providing us with an easy-to-read thorough document, including pictures, suggestions on items needing attention, and pointing even pointing out advantages of the home. Have never felt more prepared going into a home purchase!

We were to meet the inspector at 1:00…
We were to meet the inspector at 1:00 on the day of the inspection. We were happy with his friendly, knowledge and patience with any and all of our questions. If there was a question he couldn’t help with, he was honest in telling us - a lost quality in this day and age! He was very thorough and respectful. Since it had been over 30 years since we moved, nick made our transition easier.
