Thank you for the kind words! We include video commentary so clients can see and hear exactly what we found, not just read about it. Glad it was helpful, and best of luck with your new home.

They were very detailed in their inspection of every part of the property inside and out. Also, explaining what I didn't understand and giving helpful suggestions.
Response from DS Home Inspection Services, LLC· May 22, 2026
Thank you so much Lauvon for taking the time to share your experience! Making sure every detail inside and out gets a thorough look is exactly the standard we hold ourselves to, and we're glad it showed in your inspection. We also believe that an inspection isn't truly complete unless you walk away understanding your home and feeling confident about next steps — so it means a lot to hear the explanations and suggestions were helpful. Thank you for trusting DS Home Inspection Services. We're here whenever you need us!

If you want a thorough home inspection from start to finish, this is the company. Although it was last minute scheduling, Mr. Sye is thorough, clear of the findings and makes you feel comfortable with understanding the inspection he conducts and how to discuss the findings with the builder. We are only in the predrywall inspection phase. The package we have is affordable and worth it from start to finish. The findings he found, I wonder if the builder would of said anything if we didnt have a third party inspector. Thank you Ds Home Inspection, your worth every dollar for a peace of mind.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review! We're thrilled the pre-drywall inspection gave you both peace of mind and the information you need to have informed conversations with your builder. That stage is one of the most critical opportunities to catch issues before they're hidden behind finished walls, and your instinct to bring in a third-party inspector was a smart one. We're honored to be part of your home-building journey and look forward to serving you through the remaining inspection phases. Reviews like yours help other homebuyers understand the value of independent inspection — thank you for that.

DS Home Inspection Services LLC operates at a higher standard than most inspection companies in the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia market. From punctuality to execution, everything was handled with precision. The inspection process was enhanced by modern technology, and the final report—delivered quickly—was supported by an impressive home binder with video integration. Their attention to detail, combined with excellent communication and post-service support, makes them a standout choice. This is what top-tier service looks like.

Thank you so much for this incredible review! It truly means a lot to know that the experience reflected the standard we work hard to deliver every single day across the DMV. We're especially glad the modern tools, the home binder, and the video walkthroughs added value to your inspection — those are pieces we've invested in specifically so our clients walk away with more than just a report. They walk away with a real understanding of their home. Punctuality, precision, and follow-through are non-negotiables for our team, and your kind words confirm we're on the right track. If anything ever comes up down the road, please don't hesitate to reach out — we're here long after the inspection is done. Thank you again for trusting DS Home Inspection Services. Reviews like yours fuel our mission to raise the bar for this industry.

I’m so happy that my husband and I decided to utilize DS Inspects services for our new construction home. Mr. Ditanyan completed our pre-drywall inspection and was so thorough. He took the time to speak with us as the customers and ensured we understood his job and how he inspects homes. The report afterwards was very easy to follow and thorough. Mr. Ditanyan reached out after sending the report to ensure it was clear to us. He has a good report with our project manager and that just makes everything better. He will be completing our post drywall inspection in about 45 days and then our follow-up at 11 months. Do not hesitate to utilize the services this amazing company provides. You won’t be disappointed.

Thank you Symone for this wonderful review! It was truly a pleasure working with you and your husband on such an important milestone — your new construction home. Pre-drywall inspections are one of the most critical stages of the building process, and I'm glad we could walk through it together and make sure you felt confident every step of the way. Clear communication is something we take seriously at DS Home Inspection Services, so knowing that the report was easy to follow and that our follow-up call was helpful means a great deal. It also helps when there's a great working relationship with the project manager — that kind of collaboration truly benefits you as the homeowner. We look forward to completing your post-drywall inspection and your 11-month warranty inspection. You're in great hands, and we'll make sure every phase is handled with the same care and thoroughness. Thank you again for trusting DS Inspects — reviews like yours remind us exactly why we do this work!
