Quality product. I purchased the 12" stand, which requires assembly, and the black set of bowls/tray. Fast delivery. My only complaint is that some of my dog's food gets stuck in the slow feeder and I have to push it out with my finger.

Overall we have been happy with our trot pet dishes. I am just a little disappointed in our last order. I ordered the trot lid and even though it says lid the picture shows (2) lids. It is deceiving in that I thought I would be getting (2) lids.

My first go round with Trot was unfortunate to say the least I ended up having to file a charge back to get a refund from my bank because I never received. Then I got the email about Trot being under new management and figured I'd give it another shot and I'm glad I did because these bowls are beautiful and very well made. I love them!

The bowls and stand are great and were exactly what I was looking for. I've had them for around a year now and they've held up great. Easy to clean, and the puzzle bowl works well for my dog. I know people had difficulty in the past getting orders fulfilled with the prior management, but setting that aside the product really is excellent.

Excellent and easy customer service. Product is outstanding quality and design. I was an original buyer from the previous owners and unfortunately did purchase two sets that were never delivered - but did receive one. May they can keep their customer service and solvency competent.

I ordered Trot bowls during the Kickstarter campaign and was disappointed that I was not going to receive them and angry to have lost my money. (Thus far I have not been successful in getting my money back, though I know some have had some luck.). I ordered the bowls from the new owners and after I hit send I thought perhaps I was being scammed again. But my order arrived within days! The mats did not fit properly on the stands and again I thought I was out of luck but I contacted the company and they immediately sent replacements that were the correct size. The package is undoubtedly expensive but I do really like the bowls, mats and stands. The color (yellow) is just what I wanted and the mat and stands are nice. The puzzle bowl is so much better than the plastic puzzle bowls I have been using. I am, overall, rather pleased.
