I too had to fight the previous owners in bankruptcy but I really loved the concept of these bowls. The new owners are great and reliable! Order shipped in a week. They are even better quality and design than I expected. Best on the market now. 100% satisfied. 5 stars

I ordered my Trotpets feeding station back when it was in its early stages. Sadly, they were not able to maintain their momentum, and I lost out financially as well. BUT, I was ecstatic to receive an email stating they were back and ordered immediately. I received my new feeding station in less than a week. So happy. I miscalculated the height for my dog and she was unable to eat and drink comfortably. I contacted Trotpets, and they sent out the shorter feeding table ASAP as an exchange. What more can one ask!? Quality product. Really, you will never have to buy another feeding set!! Thank you Trotpets!!!

After losing money in the bankruptcy of the previous owners, I decided to give the new ownership a chance as I still really like the product and concept. Fortunately, they fulfilled my order within a week and even expedited a faulty stand when I brought to their attention. The quality and design of the product are just what I was looking for.

The new owners made it right! They sent letters, offered apology and really wanted people who had been wronged to be made right. Got the bowls, mat, and stand in less than a week after ordering and we love them! Not only do they look sleek and nice but they are made with GREAT quality, and LOOK nice. Thank you ... this is exactly what we wanted for our pup.

This is a semi long review... I was part of the original campaign. I am also a veterinary nurse. I was extremally disappointed when things went belly up with the original product about a year ago. I had even recommended this product to pet owners during appointments. Being a vet nurse, we do not get paid enough to lose out on money like that. I never gave up and did receive a full refund after a very long fight with my credit card and bank. Just before the company reopened, I was able to find a full set (slow feeder, regular bowl, mat and 3 inch stand) never used, on Facebook marketplace. I was actually happy with the original product. So when the company reopened under new owners, I waited to see feed back on ordering and delivery. I eventually gave in and purchased again (6 inch stand and a slower feeder)..... I was praying that I would not gotten twice! I will say that the order was delivered very fast. The quality of the stand was better then the original I had purchased from Marketplace. I did have a few issues. The bowl had a small hole where the elevated parts / dividers were and what appeared to be small cuts / slivers of metal. I will note, I did know that the bowl is not made from a single stamp. I do not feed raw, only dry. I was willing to live with the fact that it was not made from a single stamp. However, I do feel that this bowl should be done with a single stamp and not welded together. The new stand did have missing rubber feet. I took picture and sent it to the company. WOW! were they quick to respond! The customer service has really stepped up. They sent out a replacement for both the bowl and stand. They even asked if I wanted the same color slower feeder and the same height stand. The replacements were delivered very fast. I am happy with the product and will order again if and when come out with a large slow feeder. Thank you, Happy customer

Thank you for the feedback. We think this is important feedback for customers to understand as we have received a couple inquiries into the manufacturing process. The bowls are forged into shape and welded from the invisible inner side of the bowl. The laser welding is done to completely seal and make the puzzle bowl water proof. We use the highest quality stainless steel (304 grade) which will not rust and is easy to sanitize. We test every bowl to be water proof and stand by the process with a life time guarantee. This is an expensive process but we strongly believe that it makes the bowls the most durable and best products on the market. Thank you for the kind feedback and hope this helps others as they evaluate the various options in the market.

I wrote a review of my experience with the new company. I was happy with what I received, but the tray didn't completely cover the stand. It wasn't a deal breaker, but as soon as the company read my review they reached out to me and offered to send a new one. If I had reached out to them that would be one thing, but the fact that they read my review, and then reached out to make it right, was extremely impressive. I have the new stand and the mat fits perfectly.
