Though I like the product part of it came with a defect and I have been unable to reach anyone to resolve getting it replaced. There is no phone number to call and only an email address. I sent an email over a week ago with no response.

I am so excited I decided to reorder with TrotPets. I had tried to order with the old owners and like everyone else I never received the product. After watching the company over the last few months, with a knot in my stomach, I decided to place a new order. I received my order quickly and everything in my order was correct. I am so happy I decided to trust them again. I ordered two sets of bowls with two stands and both of my dogs are very happy. I am happy because it looks great, is easy to clean and the product arrived as promised.

Love this set. I bought the whole bundle. So happy someone took over for the family who designed it, but couldn’t hold on. I was a pre-order and lost out. When the new e-mail came through, I had to think about it. But I liked the design so much I decided to purchase again. Communication was great and the product arrived in a timely manner. I couldn’t be happier, and so glad someone saw the great design and took it on!!!! Thank you!!!

The bowls and stand came within 7 days of my ordering. I am very pleased with quality of the whole set: bowls, stand, etc. Your company has fulfilled its promise.

I like the product. My English mastiff is happy not to bend down to eat. The things I do not like about the stand as follows: I don’t feel like the legs screw in tightly to the base. I also don’t like how when he drinks water, the water gets stuck under the water dish. I’m constantly mopping it up. Last, his food tends to get stuck in the crevices, which makes me have to scrape it out.

Shipping was quick, the items I ordered came packaged well and everything was as I expected.

I had my eye on these bowls for a while and made my purchase when they were on sale for Labor Day. I received my order within one week. I ordered the elevated set; The bowls and mat and stand seemed of nice quality. I was a little confused about the additional magnets that came with the package, and I’d received the incorrect size stand for the bowls, so I contacted customer support. I received a response from customer support within the hour and received a shipping update for the proper stand size the next morning. I was worried that the slow feeder wouldn’t be deep enough to keep our Aussie from inhaling her food, but it is perfect. We got the medium sized bowls and she gets 1 cup of kibble 2X daily. It keeps her eating slow and the entire product ensemble is very beautiful.
