I know that trot pets hasn’t had the best reviews online, but I thought they treated me well and I love my new set! The original order was placed, but there was an issue and they were able to quickly fix it. They shipped out the new order as requested and it came in perfect condition. Thanks trot pets! Excited to use your product.

I’m on my 2nd set of bowls, one of the bowls peeled on the bottom and they sent me another one. Great customer service!

the Trot experience was just all around not good. I placed my order for an elevated, large bowl set. Although my card was charged, I did not get an order status updated or shipping confirmation email for over two weeks. When I reached out asking what was up, it took them several days to get back to me, at which point I was informed that the color I had ordered was out of stock. They offered a small discount on an alternate product or a refund. I said I would like the same product in a different color and shortly thereafter got email confirmation of an order update but no shipping information or status update. I reached out to them again over a week later asking for an update. Radio silence. Finally, over a month after placing my initial order I emailed for the 6th time and said i'd like a refund if my product doesn't ship within the week. Again, no reply but a week later the package showed up on my door. I was thoroughly underwhelmed at the quality considering the bowl set cost over $150... you have to assemble it, not all of the pilot holes align so it is a little wobbly. It is not brushed stainless steel inside the bowls as pictured, so I'm not entirely sure what the metal is or if they will eventually start to rust. The lids are not airtight as advertised and don't lock on or cling at all. I spilled a whole bowl of kibble the very first time transporting food because they sort of just sit on top. Overall not a good experience, value or product. Spend your money elsewhere.

I received the lid to the bowl before the bowl even made it out of their warehouse. I know mistakes happen, but what is the point of sending out the lid first? It’s been 2 weeks and still no bowl.

Very nice bowls, but unfortunate my dogs did not like them whatsoever. There food got stuck underneath the dividers. I have a Husky/golden retriever mix and he picked up the bowl and dropped it in the kitchen floor. So I went back to old slow feeder bowls and both dogs ate with no problem. Maybe mine are just too picky.
