Love the colors
Love the colors, love the bowls but the tray that holds them is not very sturdy for big dogs.
Response from trotpets.com· Sep 24, 2026
Hi Nancy — thanks so much, glad you love the colors and the bowls! Sorry about the tray not feeling sturdy enough for big dogs though — that's not what we want. If you send me your order number, I can look into a sturdier option or a fix. We're a small family business so I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Really appreciate you giving us a try — and if we sort the tray out, would you be willing to reconsider your rating? — Trot Pets

Great product
Great product, fast shipping. Love the choice of colors. The mats work great preventing the bowl from sliding across the floor.

Excellent Quality
Bowls are excellent quality and have helped my dogs to eat slower. I feel reassured that they are safer with eating from these with the stand. I also like that it is not plastic.

Hi Olivia — thank you! That's wonderful to hear — glad the bowls are excellent quality and actually helping your dogs slow down at mealtimes. That's exactly what we made them for! Really appreciate your support — we're a small family business (Trot Pets started as a passion project after we lost our dog to eating too fast). Happy to send a friends and family discount your way if you'd like one! — Trot Pets

Almost perfect
Overall bowls are appealing and seems to slow down feeding time. There are magnets underneath but my senior eight pound dog still manages to move the bowls. The mat has a groove around the interior perimeter which makes it harder to clean and is annoying when just trying to do a quick wipe. In spite I’d still purchase again. These replaced weather tech feeder which did not offer puzzle bowls.

I’m trying to either get a magnet or do exchange. I have emailed customer service multiple times without a response. I sent the bowl back and still have not received the replacement with the magnet.
Response from trotpets.com· Sep 24, 2026
Hi Heather — I'm really sorry. Emailing multiple times about a magnet/exchange with no response is not okay, and I apologize. We're a tiny family business (just a couple of us), which is the honest reason we missed you, but not an excuse. Send me your order number here and I'll get you sorted — magnet or exchange, whichever you need — and get back to you ASAP. If we make it right, would you be willing to reconsider your rating? — Trot Pets
