Ordered 2 sets of bowls, one for the new puppy and the older one. Charge was immediate on my card, so I expected it to ship. Couple of emails saying order will be shipped, but when I checked online there was no tracking and no updates. I emailed them, multiple times to different email addresses and never received a response. I only waited a couple months and immediately called the credit card company to file a dispute. They were going to contact the company and I'm guessing they also received no response because I was credited my full amount and the interest that I was charged.

Totally scam worse lying company ever! took our money and ran with it! Horrible people

Same as all others. I ordered my bowl 12/3/21. Like others I got emails saying production was delayed, etc., etc. Very disappointed. Paid $44 for nothing. Extra bummer is that I paid via PayPal. Don't think they offer refunds. I wish I could give zero stars.

I have waited for 10 months and never received the product I purchased from Trot Pets. They have paused all of their social media, disabled comments, and their customer service email is no longer available. There is no way to get a refund.

i really wish i could attach all the stupid “update emails” they would send out trying to make their customers pity them just to be scammed in the end. this was one of the few times i decided to splurge on something so trivial like dog food bowls, but my pups are senior doggies & deserve it. wow never again & definitely not online. we’ll never get the product & im out $130. really sucks bc it ruins the integrity of true start-up companies online. lastly, if they really had shipping issues as “stated” they should’ve automatically refunded everyone as soon as they knew. HUGE 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻f you❗️to @trotpets @trotpets - don’t even bother responding with sorry excuses, arguing with customers, or the fact that that was the previous owner! doesn’t matter - you took on the company = you took on the previous issues & customers deserve their product/refunds ASAP. i ordered with SHOP PAY so im just out because “oh sorry” yeah i think not. it’s not a coincidence everyone calls you guys a scam. you can respond with a solution to my issue if you so choose to respond. thank you & have the day you f-ing deserve.

Lost out on over $200. I ordered my bowls almost a year ago. The only communication I received via chat was “it’s coming soon." But apparently their company shut down. Another dog mom scammed

I ordered mine in August. Was told in September that it would be soon. Now their website is down and there are no phone numbers to reach. That’s a lot of money to be scammed out of!
