Still not meeting expectations
Despite the reassuring announcement and fast order processing and shipping, the items still fall well short of what is described and promised. The slow feeder bowl is not a fully homologous stamping, thus cleaning will be extremely difficult. And the new stands do not even come close to matching the mats.
Response from trotpets.com· Jun 9, 2023
Hello - we are sorry to hear that ... we are happy to refund you but please note the bowls and mats are fully dishwasher safe ... it also sounds like we shopped you out the wrong stand (this has happened to several others) ... we are happy to ship you out the replacement stand free of charge ... that stand does exactly match the stands ... please let us know ... we will email you as well with this response in case you dont see it ... thank you !

Shipping was fast
Shipping was fast! Overall happy with the quality. However; there is some quality control issues on the mat. i.e. bubbling of the plastic.
Response from trotpets.com· Jun 9, 2023
Hello - thank you for the feedback ... i think the bubbling you are referring to is the engineered design so the mat doesn't slip ... if oyu can email us a picture we are happy to review and if any issue provide a free replacement or refund. thank you again !

The mat didn’t fit the stand and they replied quickly to my email, sent the new stand out very quickly. This is a quality product and I know it isn’t easy to take this company over given the well-deserved criticism of previous owners. But they are doing it and I give them a ton of credit.

Thank you so much ! ... it has been hard getting this going so we really appreciate the kind words ... let us know if we can ever be helpful in any way ... thank you again !

I love the new bowls + stand
I love the new bowls + stand, it's very sleek looking and quality material! It was well worth the wait and I appreciated the quick and efficient customer service when the stand I received didn't quite fit the mat for the bowls. They sent a new stand asap and I love it! It looks great in the kitchen and doesn't get nearly as messy or gross as the other bowls/stands I was using from Petco.
