Do not go with this alarm company. They will raise your bill anytime they want without any notice. Very poor customer service. I tired to get info on why the raise there rates and all you get is read your contract . Stay away from this alarm company!!!

Robert just installed our 4 cameras around the perimeter of our house. He was extremely professional from the moment he introduced himself until he finished. He made sure everything was to our liking and helped answer any questions we had. It's rare these days to find an installer of any kind that takes the time to understand what the customer's needs are and to make sure they are happy. Robert did an outstanding job overall and the installation process could not have gone any better.

DO NOT GET TITANIUM!! ITS BEEN A NIGHT MARE EVER SENCE WE EVEN ACCEPTED THEM AS OUR SECURITY COMPANY,, AND AFTER WE CANCELED!! THEY ARE TAKEING MONEY OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT WITH OUT AUTHORIZATION!! STELLING FROM US.. ITS TIME TO GET A LAWYER NOW. AND THEY STATE TITANIUM WILL GET THERE MONEY AS IF THEY HAVE SOME KIND OF LUPE HOLE THEY CAN ACCESS PEOPLE'S ACCOUNTS WITH OUT PERMISSION...

I love titanium there great any problem I have they come out right away and fix the problems this guy Robert who came out today was great very professional and knew and explain all my concerns, very helpful, I’m sorry to say the other technicians that came out didn’t show me nothing or explained anything to me .. this guy Robert is very professional give him a raise. I will definitely ask for him if and when I have a problem to come out and fix it ..
