I have rated Titanium 4 stars because of the issues I had with the installed system and getting service immediately following the installation. There were issues with the system going off in the middle of the night with a panel tampering alarm and also with one of the sensors that kept losing connection with the system. I placed the service calls and didn’t hear anything back from Titanium to schedule the technician to come back to fix the issues. I tried several times and finally after yelping them they called me. The person that called me was their newly hired Service Operations Manager who was hired to correct their poor service response. He apologized and got the tech scheduled immediately. Their techs were first rate, just getting a response and schedule was the issue. I made one other service call which was taken care of much better. I like the system and the techs, the operations manager seemed to be making the changes needed to improve their service operations.

So far so good. I was hesitant to get an alarm system with cameras but I am happy it’s done.
