I am having an amazing time working with TherapyNotes. I have been very nervous about venturing into my own practice due to the difficulty of finding a safe EHR platform that is easy to use for myself and client as well as trying to understand the billing aspect of starting a private practice. I really would like to support my clients with accessing my services via the use of their insurance to assist with cost. This is so important to me. The staff at TherapyNotes have been so helpful and supportive, answering my 50 questions a day and making this process so much more manageable for me. Nicole W. was such an amazing, magnificent support for me, helping me with all of my enrollment, billing, and insurance questions. I started the call with so much distress and she was able to alleviate all of my worries. I am really thrilled to know I am not alone as I venture into the unknown of having my own private practice. But, I am so confident that I will succeed because I have the TherapyNotes team supporting me along the way.

I was flustered with a newborn and trying to figure out different parts of the software that I wanted to use. The employee was very helpful and when I needed to leave, he called me back to help. I really appreciated how patient he was with me.

We've been using Therapy Notes for about a year at our practice and it's great. I've rarely had an issue but when I have the customer service is excellent. It has definitely made my job much easier in comparison to our old software.

I just joined a small practice, so I'm learning all this terminology regarding billing. I hate dealing with issues that I'm not familiar with, like all this new billing jargon, so I tend to avoid it. However, when I called, I was treated with kindness and patience. I didn't feel rushed or treated with impatience. I was even given an email with easy to use step-by-step instructions of what I had called for. Great service. Thank you!!!

I need a lot of hand holding while doing data entry. Worker was patient and informed as to how to modify my entries. She explained things slowly and deliberately giving me time to integrate what she was saying and implement in real time.
